Lucknow, 12 July : Aaryansh Chauhan, a talented Class VI student at City Montessori School, Gomti Nagar Campus I has been honoured as one of the brightest students in the world by the John Hopkins Center for Talented Youth (CTY), USA. This prestigious title has been conferred upon Aaryansh for his exceptional performance in the CTY Talent Search Examination. CTY uses above-grade-level testing similar to SAT and ACT to identify advanced students from around the world wherein Aaryansh competed with over 16000 students from 90 countries and secured a whopping 99 percentile and the title of Grand Honour which instantly placed him in the top bracket of students and brought success and honour to the entire CMS family. The exam was held in 2 stages-written round and the interview round. CMS Manager, Prof. Geeta Gandhi Kingdon expressed profound joy and satisfaction over Aaryansh’s result. She congratulated him and wished him a bright future ahead. On this occasion, Prof. Kingdon said that this outstanding achievement of Aaryansh showcases his hidden talents and innate potential to do great things in future too. She was full of gratitude towards the teachers who taught Aaryansh and polished his talents. This information was given by the Public Relations Officer of City Montessori School, Mr Rishi Khanna.  

Mr Khanna said that the CTY Exam does not only examine the textual knowledge of students but it also tests the creativity, curiosity and potential of students to learn and excel. This immensely talented CMS student is excellent in studies, besides being a keen student of astronomy and an expert in lego building, coding and tennis. Mr Khanna informed that Founded in 1979, CTY is a centre for innovation dedicated to advancing the field of gifted education through research on testing, programs, and other supports for advanced learners in order to nurture them to achieve their full potential as learners and global citizens.
